It has been reported that a woman by the name Mikel Ruffinelli has the widest hips in the whole world. The 39 years old California resident has hips that measure eight feet around. According to the World Record Academy, Mikel Ruffinelli holds the Guinness Book Of Records title for the world largest hips. Mikel is 5’4 tall, weighs 420 pounds and she is mother of four. She said that every time she got a baby her hips kept widening more and more despite the fact that her waist is only 40.
"I love my shape and I see no reason to diet because I don't have health problems," she explained. "Men don't fancy skinny girls, they like an hourglass figure."
Currently, Mikel has to walk sideways through most doors, sleep in a seven foot wide bed that uses steel reinforced chairs in the crib.
